Hi guys!

I have really nice and prospective 18yrs old center. He can be a new Dwight Howard. He has only one defect his skills of Handling and Passing are pretty low (inept and atrocious). Are those skills really important??

Obviously it is really hard to learn those skills for the center with 2'11 cm. I don't know whether I should sell this guy and look for the center with good skills or keep on working with him.
Thanks for help!

Do not worry about this. It is not a big problem. Inept handling is enough. You could train his passing to3. I think your center is pretty good even now.

I am training big men for 3.5 seasons that i am playing the game so my conclusions are that passing is important for every position. (My star C has 1 on PA too), couz it helps to get better shots. Handling is not an issue too. What i would suggest is JS training, something that doesnt cost anything (at least up to some lvl), but it helps a lot. Actually my big men with the best % are those that they have good JS and some PA.

Overall my opinion is that u dont have to worry for those deficiencies, and keep training him. In your hands u have a future NT player.
