The recipe to get a player in the Malaysian U21 NT

Today, we will learn how to get a player in the Malaysian U21 NT and for your player to get some playing time. Here is the step by step guide to fame.

0. Why on Earth would you want to train a young Malaysian player? Training players is fun and interesting. Due to its small number of users, there are not so many players so getting your player in the U21 NT is not difficult* and will make your team earn some money. Plus, last but not least, you will have a chance to get an insight at our fantastic Malaysian U21 NT manager (this is me) knowledge of the game.

1. Get a Malaysian player, either on the transfer market or with the draft if your team is in Malaysia. In the case you can't find a player you like, you may ask our awesome Malaysian U21 NT manager (this is me) for some help in your search.

So, now you have a talented young Malaysian player to train, what to do?

2. Train him! You may be an experienced trainer or a new manager who seeks advices: tell your beloved Malaysian U21 NT manager (this is me) who will be glad to know that you're training your player or who will help you to establish a training plan.

Yeah! Your player has been selected in the Malaysian U21 NT, so the job is finished, right?

3. On the contrary, this is the time it really starts. With your player in the U21 NT, you have to take care of his game shape and to keep on training him so other players don't get more skilled than him. The little bonus: you will be free to criticize the Malaysian U21 NT manager who used the wrong tactics or didn't let your player play shoot enough.

* it helps to have a good trainer but potential shouldn't be an issue, even an all-star (6) potential can be very interesting at the U21 level.
