BuzzerBeater is losing users every day, it struggles to keep its veteran users and it is not accessible enough for new users, a new user who opens a new team loses interest quickly.
Three years ago BB had 17.5k users, 2 years ago BB had 15.6k users, a year ago BB had 14.4k users, BB users number standing on 13.2k today.

Survey is good and helpful but on daily basis we are experiencing "Ooopsies" now for example on Manage my Team.

Improvement in stability are needed the most.
