Hello

I am Ulrich Kapp, former national coach of Germany, u21 of Switzerland and u21 of Scotland. I've been living in the UK for 3 months now and I think I'm ready to go up the ladder, from Scottish coach to English. I've gotten to know the UK in the meantime and I want to have some fantastic successes with you. My goals are to make the most of the two seasons and to prepare the new players for their upcoming time in U21. You may be worried about the language barrier, but I've learned to communicate with drunk Glaswegians so this is going to be a piece of cake.

Lift your drinks and celebrate with me two aswesome seasons.

Cheers

Ulrich Kapp

If you can communicate with drunk glaswegians, you are doing better than most scottish people let alone the english! Thanks for throwing your name in the hat

I think we should seriously consider asking who is up for the job for 2-3 terms. For the U21 planning from the draft would be ideal, that way you'd know in advance what you are likely to get 4-5 seasons down the line. Now that you can they have sped up training for young players this could really work like a treat if there are some committed managers training for the U21.

Any thoughts from the candidates on this? Would you stay for 2 terms if elected and are you willing to try and build from 18-19yo up? I know it's a lot of effort and a thankless job, but we could try, especially if some managers in the lower divisions are responsive. I'd be happy to help with emailing managers.

As I mentioned before, I would like to help develop the players so that england has a strong u21 in the next seasons.

2 terms = 4 seasons, 3 terms = 6 seasons. Mr JJ has been U21 manager for a while, so I know he'd be committed, if he hasn't had enough of this. I'm asking if the other candidates are willing to stay for longer (assuming you win the elections and you have no other problem).

What is your plan? I believe Lemon would love to hear a clarification on 2/4/6 years plan - development / creating processes for u21 etc.

My ideal plan would be to be the english u21 coach for 4 seasons. It would then be possible to accompany the current 18 year olds until their u21 season.

I have a dream to see all the talented HoF 18y become skilled players

I have a dream to see again some big men in U21 NT

I have a dream to shooters with OD

I have a dream to pass the qualfication group

Ok, all joking aside, if I still be there I will continue with our goal of improving young talent and try to help some manager with the training program.
I am always honored to be part of NT
