Far be it to "help the competition"
but I do use the sports psychologist and it matters. The DMI tends to hold longer and the enthusiasm from game to game maintains.
I also have the FT infrastructure training and in my view it is worth it. Otherwise FTs only get trained during All-Star Week and that is ONLY IF I am not still in the NT. It is a good way to passively improve the team FTs. The game engine is to me flawed in its algorithm in regard to FTs and 3pts. We have too many teams across the game shooting in 50s and 60s percentages for FTs and 20s for 3s. The infrastructure gym training helps with one of those problems and my team regularly shoots between 75-80% each season, assuming no great team turnover.
Hope this helps.
