Just wanted to give a big Shoutout to GC! Great win. way to kick my butt Caught us in that perfect window where we finally had a "real" cup game and the bench mob thought they could hold down the fort! They were WRONG! hope it brings your team some mojo as you continue through interleague! best of luck!

I figured you were gonna sandbag on Saturday's game since you're still in the cup. Looks like you played your starters a decent amount of minutes still. GGs and best of luck with the tournament!

Continuing on the Mid-Season Highlights... Here are our Mid-Season Power Rankings!

1. BucsBlue Lob City (12-2).... The D2 Relegate has dropped back down to D3 and quickly established themselves as a team not looking to stay in D3 very long. With No real roster changes BucsBlue clearly has the finances to continue to support their current roster. NOT without Blemishes however BucsBlue is NO pencil to win as they already have 2 losses & have shown they aren't perfect.

2. Sandy Springs Basketball (11-3)... Power Rankings are always controversial! Some could argue Sandy Springs has a case to be #1 (They did Defeat BucsBlue in the heads up). But it was hard to get over losses to teams with a combined record of (18-24). However they sit #2 because they're the ONLY team so far to beat BOTH Conference #1 seeds & Blue-Side's Number 2! WOW WOW!!! Which is impressive. A Roster of balance and no monster salary. Sandy took last seasons 10-12 record and are already better. Look for them to make a push to try to win the league before its said and done!

3. Mighty Spartans (12-2)... Leading the Red Side of the league and with a +200 PD. Spartans are a team thats easy to understand why they win... THEY DEFEND! Giving up a little over 80PPG this team without a true "SuperStar" sit at the top and are definitely eyeing a rematch with BucsBlue if possible. They'll have to shake loose of Sandy but if they can do that they'll right there down the final stretch and into the playoffs!

4. Raleigh Capitals (10-4)... 2 words describe this team STAR POWER! And its funny because the 2 "Stars" aren't even massive salary players. But the Caps have a top 3 scorer & a top 3 Rebounder & top 10 Assist guy. If that's not production I dont what is. Another team that boast extreme amount of depth, clearly tremendous chemistry, and amazing GAME SHAPE management! Dont think the Blue-Side is a Run-Away for BucsBlue. This team will not fold to the "bully on the block". Raleigh saw themselves finish second last season however took an uneventful upset in the first round of the playoffs which actually saw both the 1 & 2 seeds go down. This year with that experience look for Raleigh to give BucsBlue all they can handle!

5. Bronx Wings (9-5)... Sitting just a game behind Raleigh Bronx wings gets the nod at 5 over Navajo simply based on Stats! Bronx is NOT one of the most potent offenses (5th worst in PF) in the league HOWEVER bring a tremendous defense to the court every night. They are really putting to the test that Offense wins games but Defense wins championships. The question will be can they defend enough or find some scoring punch to catch the Caps. And challenge BucsBlue?

6. Navajo Nation Ad (9-5)... Despite having the same record as Bronx it was hard to move Navajo up do to PD (6th best in the league). But Navajo have their version of "Dame Lilliard & CJ McCollum" In Tony & Clark. These 2 guys both top 10 scorers in the league carry a huge scoring punch. However unlike Bronx, Navajo are just phenomenally average at both Offense and defense. There's not 1 side of the ball that Wows you and therefore its hard to see them really push for a deep run. However if they can find a calling card, having 2 top 10 scorers is always a luxury!

7. Diamantes (8-6)... Last year's Cinderall darlings are still hanging on and hoping for a chance to make the playoffs and make something special happen again. Last with a first round upset over a GIANT! Diamantes then went on to win its second round game and found themselves in the finals. However that momentum hasn't translated into massive success so far this season.

8./9. Chicago Bulls (7-7) & GC Snipers (7-7).... There was no way to pick between who was 8th and who was 9th in this scenario as both PD are very close. however if splitting hairs, the GC Snipers have a win over BucsBlue which can't go unnoticed. The fact is right now neither of these teams look poised for a title run!

No one under .500 in Powe

Loving these power rankings! Thanks BBLC for the good work here. Think you nailed it because you put me over the Spartans. ;) I won't be an easy out for anyone who's looking for a D2 spot.

As an outsider to your league, I just wanted to say that your power rankings are solid and wish there were more players out there like you. 1 up for this post man, great job. I was just in here seeing how a former rival (the Caps) was doing.

I reloaded my team for this season but unfortunately the new look team has not delivered the wins I'd been hoping for. After a really disastrous start, we've been a better team lately, so I think we will run it back with these guys again next season, if we manage to avoid being relegated. Some of the losing teams in the Great 8 look a bit dangerous!

Thank you! I appreciate it man! I think it jus adds a little interest and reason to log on between games. I will be doing an “all conference” team and mvp watch!
