What do most mangers want as a minimum for a center. Basically my big men turn the ball over far to much.

I'm with Sentinel on this topic. My two best assist players are my PF and C... and this for seasons now. They are a little bit over the top (PA 15 and 16) but still I wouldn't go with less than PA 10. Especially if you play outside tactics like Run and Gun, you want bigs who pass the ball after the rebound or help to maintain the fast flow without turnovers.

One more voice in support of good passing on big men. For a long time, I made up for a woeful offense by having good passing and OD on the big men as well as guards, so that the number of turnovers was reduced greatly (and I picked up more steals), and would occasionally be able to score on the PF to C or C to PF assisted inside shots. I would say 6 or 7 is probably the minimum to avoid excessive turnovers, but more is definitely useful.

It depends on the rest of the team too: this player (30952612) has 1HA 1DR and 6PA. As you can see he's averaged more assists than turnovers last season and an equal number 2 seasons ago. He's almost won me the second game of the finals on his own.

That is evidently enough to get you by, especially at C
