My best draftee so far...any suggestions?

He's 19 with superstar potential.
JS-mediocre JR-respectable
OD-respectable H-strong
DR-inept Pass-respectable
IS=respectable ID-mediocre
RB-respectable SB-inept
ST=strong FT=pitiful

Exp=atrocious TSP= 61 (38+23)
How good of a draftee is this...compared to most draftees? What would you do with him? I'm thinking about popping a few times and selling him, though not sure. Thanks!

If i had a trainee with these skills at 6'10 i'd make him either an inside SF or a PF as he has balanced skills already.
So if you decide to keep it start out with 1v1 forward cuz his driving is lacking the most ATM.

Edit: i'd probably lean more to an inside SF tho.

If the guys above are right and he's 6'10, I'd just hit the ID and SB for a bit, they should pop quickly and are the key skills he needs most training in.

6'10 changes how I feel about him, you can pick up better tsp or potential guys pretty cheaply, but 7+ OD, JR and HA to start are nice on a guy this tall and makes him interesting / possibly worth it.

I would stay away from training SB and go for IS/ID/RB. SB is the lowest inside skill. Because your trainee is a SS, he will benefit from having one of the inside skills a lot lower than the others. In your case SB is the logical candidate for that.

If you want to get the most out of him punt SB and the higher overall inside skill count you can achieve because of that will more than compensate the low SB.

In normal circumstances I would agree with Bergkamp, but not here, because his potential is a bit low for a top level big man. I'd do 1v1 forwards, OD/JR, JS if needed, PA, then IS first (it would be better to train ID first but ID also trains SB, so if you want to maximise his cap space do IS first) then ID then RB.

I reckon you should be able to add 65 skills to this guy. A 125 TSP PF with ca 80k salary is very valuable and can start anywhere from D3 to D1 (and it would be a very good D1 starter and a D3 monster). D3 is borderline as his salary would be a very big chunk of your payroll.
