If you want to create valuable players then none of these skills you must train first
Pressure until 2 pops, then driving until 3 pops

Start training first inside skills until they would have 7-10 (except block shot,it isnt necessary for the quards too much)
Then after 2-3 seasons,pay attention in their core skills.And always cyclic training (ex.in.shot,in.def,rebs then again)

Yes I know, that was just an example, but for guards you are saying to train tertiary skills first?

Yes as they are young because after the pop-ups in secondary skills would be slower (due to their age and height)

**To be effective the training they must play in the position of C (if you train 1 position) or PF/C (2 positions) of course 1 position is better,but the choice is yours.

How long should I train these skills for? How many pops? Or until respectable?

7=respectable
10=prominent

Tips:If 2 of 3 players or 3/3 will skill up then change the training
Try to balance their inside skills,more important in.shot and in.def,less important rebounds

Lets take it from the beginning
Your first 1st player needs 5+ in. shot,2+ in.def and 0-3 rebs
2nd player,4+ in. shot,2+ in.def and 3+ rebs
3rd player 2+ in.shot,0-2 in.def (due to other players if he would have in.def 11 its ok),and 3+ rebs

Yes for whole season and the next season until they reach these standards you must train inside skills
So start first training inside shot then inside def and last rebs

P.M I will repeat it,this way of training is to have players with quality and value
