Hi, the one thing about BB that I am still having problems with is getting my trainees to play in the full 48 minutes required.
No problem training 4 trainees over 3 games but trying to train 5 or even 6 seems impossible.
In my last match for example I only set a 5 player squad yet my small forward Alexander Micu only played in 28 minutes. He doesn't appear to be injured so why did he only play 28 minutes?
In other weeks I have went into my scrimmage with a player on 35mins and the coach has only used him for 6 or 7 minutes despite the other player in his position having already achieved the 48 mins.
I'm training one on one for forwards and have substitutions set to strictly follow depth chart.
Any help?
Thanks.

For the first one — how about fouls? Also, how high is his stamina?

Thanks, 6 fouls. I hadn't even considered that.

Lesson learned!

There isn't a surefire way to get your player 48 minutes in 1 game. There's always a chance of foulout, injury or ejection. Only using 5 players in a game gives you the best chance, but if you want backups at other positions you always have risk of garbage time substitutions or low stamina that could play a factor.

If you really want to ensure the always 48min, make sure you have a less important trainee whose training you are willing to sacrifice for the other trainees.
