Experience doesn't increase the effectiveness of a shot. It only helps the player make a better assessment of the shot quality vs his options.
That said, C should take more shots and score more points over a season. D would have less points scored, but should have a higher shooting percentage (and probably more assists). Which one would be better would depend on position, tactics and the other 4 players on the court at the time.
