So I still have my stud power forward from the last two seasons that I'm training and now I have 2 more power forwards that I like the train as well but from what I'm reading it's better to train for one position? Or rather its faster when I train one position forever how many players I have that's training?

So that means this week since there is only one scrimmage I can only train my main Stud power forward in which that's why I want to build the fastest but I don't want the other training guys to lag... any training advice will be appreciated

You could train FT or Stamina.

Thx aussie dude....but i can still train my main pf this week but to get the absolute best results should i normally train 1 position? Meaning he primarily plays the pf does it mean in order to train inside scoring i would have to get him 48 at the center....and train for center ONLY?

So i trained inside offense and he popped...obviously i want to make him a beast on defense and offense. Hows the best way to train? Next week inside defense and vice versa or should i mix in some 1 on 1 forwards?

first you should decide what kind of player you want when you finish his training, considering his potential and height (cause of effect on training speed).
You can use salary calculator to see how much training he can get with his potential http://buzzer-manager.com/.

Then you can plan your training better in long term. I would suggest rebounding, 1 on 1 and passing for this season.

You can still train all three guys at single position. If your top 2 guys don't get 48+ then you can take minutes away from your third trainee.
