I haven't been able to find any announcements or threads directly related to this. I'm probably not looking in the right places. My Utopia team option expires 3/31/2015. To clarify, my team isn't going bot, but that's when the feature is expiring.

If I just let my Utopia feature expire, but renew a couple days after, like 4/7/2015, would my team still stay intact? Most likely it works like Supporter, and everything will stay put as I left it. But just wanted some assurance. Thanks!

Actually, you will be able to retain your team for the duration of the botification period, which is around 6 weeks (we are even considering making it longer). Of course, we highly recommend doing it sooner, to make sure it doesn't go bot (it can go bankrupt!) and you lose it forever. During the expiration period, the usual "Switch to (second team name)" link is replaced with a "Click here to purchase a second team option and reclaim your team!" link, so you will not be able to control your second team. Once the team is botified, that link too will be removed.

I am confused, because I got this same message. I renewed with a year of Supporter in December and it's good until next December.

Why is my team inaccessible now? Why do I need to purchase something else?

The supporter package and the second team option are two separate things.


I didn't realize that, or I would have paid for them together. I thought it came with a year of supporter.

I tried to renewal my second team via Pay by cash, but I became following message:

Invalid Order

We're sorry. The information passed with you to our site has failed our authentication checks. For your security and proper processing, we validate all orders.

The PayByCash Web Operations Team has been alerted to this error and will work to correct this problem as soon as possible.

We're sorry for your inconvenience!

What to do? I don´t have a possibility to renew via Paypal etc.
