How to I train my players so that thay can have a good improvement in just a few weeks? what kind of training do i use? who do i train?

I agree on everything GM-Manon posted. I checked your team, you have many oldies in there, not bad but it's not worth the investment IMO. As for trainees, Melchor is good but he only has starter potential, and Facto has high potential but he's already 21. It's your choice if you want to stick with them, or drop one or both, then look for some trainees in the transfer list. :)

Actually I think it may be alright, but he would also need to buy a young high-pot trainee e.g. for 1v1 :)

Even tho Facto is 21, he still may rise pretty good, despite that the training speed will be of course slower.

Yeah im trying to look for some trainees and i have started focusing on training Vit, Melchor, and Facto. I have bought a advanced trainer as well.

I think you need at least Perennial Allstar potential.
