Hey, Homer, it's nice to read posts from someone who seems to have a grasp on training and can also explain himself. Thanks for the comments.

Blum has great height.
He could be a good main trainee.

Thanks for your awesome advice I've got two or three other 19 year olds that play center and power forward so that way I can train both of those positions... Blum is already popped 2 times in defense in which we both agreed to train inside defense the rest of this season and my other few guys are obvious training that way as well. Hope to build up with these guys....especially blum who will be a beast in the next few seasons.
since im training bigs for the next few seasons i probably shouldn't try to draft and train other positions should i? Like if something happens I get a point guard in the next draft who has good potential...he wont get good training until my bigs are fully trained. Correct?

If you can overlap the training somewhat that wouldn't be bad. For example, if you knew you were going to be training a lot of inside shot or 1v1 for forwards next season, having a guard trainee start off with that out of position training could help him become a more well rounded player. Likewise if you're training guard skills to finish off a group of guards, starting off some fresh big men in those skills first is useful. It's not something I think you can do as an ongoing matter, but I think overlapping a season or two and transitioning back and forth is certainly useful.
