So my team seems to be fouling a lot and I'm not sure if it was just the way the last game was or if it will be a normal thing. Would one on one training help? My team is built offense heavy but fouls and missed shots really hurting my team right now and I need to figure out how to train them best. Any advice would be awesome. Thanks

Players have high aggression attribute (hidden) while not being able to defend properly foul a lot. You can prevent this a little by training their defense. Shotblocking can also be a factor for bigs; if they have high defense but very low SB they will try to block shots but fail and foul because their inability.

Train their defense (pressure/ inside defense/ shot blocking). I think one on one training gives some pops on OD and ID but at a very slow rate (correct me on this one). Hopefully your players are still at the right age and have the right potential for training.

One on one (forwards) boosts IS and JS (slowly) - not defences.
