Alright who do I put at backup PF
Jump Shot: mediocre Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: pitiful Handling: inept
Driving: inept Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: strong Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: average Free Throw: inept

Experience: pitiful

OR

Jump Shot: pitiful Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: mediocre Handling: respectable
Driving: respectable Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: strong Shot Blocking: mediocre

The guy that can defend. Defence is far more important on a backup than offence is, you should still have starters on the floor to score, but you always need all five players that are out there to defend. One weak link is all it takes for them to go on a run when you bench your starter.

the second guy

Even though his inside shot is mediocre,. he has Respectable Driving, which helps - The first guy only has inept driving, which doesn't help.

Mediocre vs Respectable ID though, gotta go with the guy who has Respectable ID. He will guard better and cause more missed shots, which he can rebound (Strong rebounding)
