How big of an advantage is it to have a high enthusiasm and play crunch time against a team who is a lot more talented? I'm not asking for exact numbers but just a guesstimation. Let's say I'm at a fanatical enthusiasm and I play crunch time against a team who has a team that is twice as talented as mine. How big of an advantage is it for me? Thanks for your help.

It depends on how much more talented the opposing team is. It also depends on the GS of both teams, as well as the enthusiasm of the other team. If the team you're playing has a balanced group of players, they would probably still win, as long as their GS and enthusiasm is at a decent level. However, if the team depends on 1 or 2 players, and the rest aren't that much better than your team, you might have a chance at winning.

I'm playing a team in the cup next week who has six 20k salary players and my highest salary player is 7k and my others are 3k and 4k. I should have the 2nd highest enthusiasm possible when the game starts and I am going to use crunch time. Is there a chance for me to win or am I getting my hopes up for nothing? I have never used crunch time with an enthusiasm this high and I'm just hoping I can pull out a miracle.

Unless he doesn't play his best players or he picks up some injuries, I don't see you winning that game.

Miracles are possible, but I'd say it's a waste to spend your enthousiasm on that game. His bench players are in good shape too and as good as your starters, so with his own 20k+ starters as backups he'll still have a better team. It's of course possible that he underestimates you and plays a weak team to preserve gameshape (his starters have 60+ minutes), and you have home court advantage and high enthousiasm... if you don't need your enthousiasm the coming 2 weeks you could try.

That's what I'm hoping for. I think he'll TIE against me and I'll use Crunch Time and hopefully a miracle can occur. Lol I'm trying my best to pull this one out.

I'm experimenting with TIE/crunch this week, too. I'm in the same situation with my Cup game, and trying to TIE league games (and still win).

My question is: Once your enthusiasm is up after TIE (I'm at "encouraged" now) does TIE take your game performance back to normal ("ready") or lower than that?
