gumawa ako ng bagong thread para sa NT natin para magigng isang thread n lng at kung pwede i-delete na ang dating thread delete na para hindi mabigat sa database ng BB..

salamat sa binigay niyong pagkakataong pamahalaan ko ulit ang NT natin.salamat sana po supportahan niyo ako at tulungan sa mga bagay bagay..more heads is better than one..

magandang araw sa lahat mukhang tahimik na naman ang threads natin,less interest ang threads na ito compare to other threads.hehehe.para magkaroon naman ng buhay ang national team natin at threads na ito magkakaroon tayo ng introdution sa team para may idea naman kayo sa team natin.

una sa lahat kabilang tayo sa Pool A group may tatlong grupo ang asian tournament pool A, pool B, at pool C. sa pool B napabilang ang china s grupong yun ang china ang power house na team sa asia, sa pool C naman ang australia ang pinaka malakas na team dun kung sa susukatin ang lakas ng lahat ng team sa asia ang australia ang pangalawa sa pinakamalakas na team sa asia. ang Pilipinas ay napabilang sa pool C group kung saan kagrupo natin ang bansang Taiwan, Hong kong, singapore, saudi arabia, kazakhstan at Korea sa anim na team na makakalaban natin sa grupong ito sa st round ang dapat nating ingatan ay ang Taiwan, Hongkong at singapore ang tatlong team na yan ay malalakas pero wag tayong mag-alala kailangan lang natin mapabilang sa Top 4 sa grupo natin at makakapasok na tayo sa round 2 ng asian tournament .

Sa 2nd round ng tournament dun tayo magpapakitang gilas at ibigay na ang lahat ng makakaya natin para may chance na mgchampion tau,kung hindi naman magchampion kahit 1st runner up lang upang maqualified tayo sa world tournament.

hanggang dito muna tayo,sa mga katanungan magpost lang po kayo at sasagot po ako.
sa susunod na issue ay iintroduce ko ang napiling player natin ngayong 1st round.

In a first game played by NT-pilipinas in this season is not so impressive to other staff of NT because there is something "kulang" even though we manage to Win that match, Assistant coach markang_bungal of interactive kiosks (vanth) said "kulang ang panalo natin may something wrong sa tactics at aalamin namin yan kung anong problema" while NT coach PH-ghazny18 said: " kung ano man ang problema sa tactis na inimplement namin sa laban sa saudi pag-aaralan namin yan, pero sa ngayon masaya ako dahil unang laro natin ay panalo tayo at ginawa ng mga players natin ang lahat para manalo.congrats to them"

after the match the final score of both team is Saudi Arabia 109 and Pilipinas 121 a 12 points win by pilipinas,
Charlie "CP-capitan pinoy" Pelesco is the main man of this game he scored 42 points, 7 assist and 3 steal. Juan Marcelo "floor marshall" Flores score 19 points and he help CP to win the game. CP has a big game in this match and scouting staff __Pen said: "Buti nalang Charlie Pelesco, along with the team, swollen the lead up to 16 sa 1st qtr to buffer up against the scoring guns ng Saudi na sina Khoury at Nisaburi. Hindi ko po nakita sir na 1 dimensional din ang Saudi. Sensya na. I checked their gameplays last season 19. Mostly LI MM sila. Even with BO MM, hindi umaangat masyado ang OS nila. Its their bigs who do the work in the scoring department talaga e. Nevertheless, lets defintely take the win. Its big, considering the fact that 12 pt lead tayo kahit advantageous sila sa offensive tactics nila. Ever since then, si Pelesco na tinitingala kong player. Di ko po alam kung bakit e. Pero this game he proved that he was worthy to take that place."

in final conclusion even though some of NT staff not impress in that game,that match is a good start to our National Team if there is a mistake on the tactics we can make right and try to improve the team..CONGATULATIONS to our NT-pilipinas "asahan namin magpapatuloy ang pag-improve ng TEAM"

The Pilipinas National team’s 13 Knights
1. Charlie Pelesco (PG/SG)- simply the team’s main assassin, this player is the heart and soul of the team, a player who is both a volatile scorcher on offense and a hideous defender at the back court.
2. Alexander Elizaga (PG)- a player who is more known as a stopper and an orchestrator, a court general of the team.
3. Gregorio Crisostomo (PG/SG) – this is a player who excels in defense and an unselfish player.
4. Jess Angelo Placer (PG/SG) – a player who is more of a scorer and a tenacious defender more than being an orchestrator of the team.
5. Pete Montallana (PG/SG)- this player is new to the team, who excels on scoring on both perimeter and outside sniping, who does a bit of everything on both ends of the floor.
6. Perigrino Trenas (SF), a natural on the floor, a guy who Does it all, a player who is both lethal on offense and in defense, an “X” factor for the team.
7. Francisco Abada (SF/PF)- this player, since day 1 at BB at age 18 ,is a phenomenon in itself and to the team, plays 2 positions at ease, has range and strength inside, without lacking in defense both on outside and inside, a total mismatch for any opposing team on any position. A fixture of mismatch.
8. Juan Marcelo Flores (SF/PF) – a total monster in inside scoring, and does it all, combined with Dabandan, this 2 makes a perfect pair of beast inside the shaded area,.
9. Andrew Solima (C ) – this is the “Big daddy” not because he literally stands over for most guys, but this player lords it over in inside offense and inside defense and has a big appetite in taking rebounds.
10. Alex Valera IV (C/PF) – this player can mix it up both on ofrfense and defense, and the best part of his arsenal is… he knows how to pass!
11. George Singson (C/PF) – a tenacious rebounder without lacking on offense and inside defense.
12. Gaudioso Dabandan (SF/PF) – a combo wingman who has range and strength inside and a mismatch on its role.
13. Angel Cabutihan (C )- the imerging POWER in the shaded lane both on offense and defense, this monster is a 26 year old player who can be an unstoppable force for team Pilipinas for the coming seasons.

After we introduce the 13 knight of the philipines its time to introduce NT-Staff of our country.

Coach/manager: PH-ghazny18 - i'm the head of the Team or seniors of the organization.

Assistant Coach / strategy man: (vanth) (54237) - he is the second head of the team without PH-ghazny presence he is the one to lead the team and other staff you can bb-mail him for other instruction, he also the brain of our tactics.

Scouting Staff:

__Pen (54450) - he is the head of scouting team, responsible for scouting opponent team and prospects palyers.

Media Cordinator:

Ramssesse (55240) - responsible for right ups, great observant and also a scouting staff. before we formulate tactics we need to hear first his idea regarding to the match.

I.) Purpose: 1.)To delegate the task in order to lessen workload and increase work efficiency. 2.) To have a more interactive discussion for the betterment of the NT and U21.

II. Descriptives

1.) Recruiting Department:
-Each position will be assigned to acquire a pool of players that are eligible to play for the Pilipinas NT.
-They will be held responsible for THOROUGHLY observing the players that are currently playing to the NT to provide a profile and descriptives of their performance for EACH game. The reason for this is that numbers are just not enough to rate any player with regards to their performance. They will also advise the training program being given to their assigned players through constant bb-mail made possible by the 'offshore' spokesperson.

Knowledge and experience on position training
Played for many seasons in BB (experience)

2.) Logistics Department
-Statisticians are assigned to gather all the necessary information of the team and opposing teams' performances and per game ratings.

Proficiency in microsoft excel and BB third party programs

-Analysts will provide insights based on the stats provided by the statisticians as well as the descriptives provided by the recruiting department. They are assigned to have a thorough discussion together with the guidance of the other key positions which are NT manager, Assistant NT manager, Statisticians, and coaches to provide a game tactic that will best fit against any team in order to win.

Requirements:
Proficiency in writing press releases, bb mails, and forum threads in both english and filipino

3.) External Affairs Department
-'Offshore spokesperson' - He/she is assigned to constantly reach out to owners/managers of the players playing for Pilipinas NT. Therefore, he/she has to make a transcript of the things that the coaches would like to advise to these managers.

-'Onshore spokesperson - He/she is assigned to entertain the suggestions, comments, reactions of the fans and the co-managers who are supporting pilipinas NT.

Requirements:
Good in observing substitution patterns, shuffling patterns, etc.
Hardwork

4.) NT manager and Assistant NT manager - The brains of the whole NT. They are held responsible of delegating tasks to every NT staff member. They can entask coaches to examine a certain player, request for a statistical data, make a final decision on a game tactic, request for a press release, etc.

panawagan sa mga mareklamo sa pamamalakad ni ghaz sa NT. kung gusto nyo pumapel, malaya kayong kumandidato next season, siguraduhin nyo lang na malalampasan nyo ung achievement ni ghazny. hindi ung magrereklamo kayo sa pamamalakad nya eh wala naman kayo naitutulong.
