To stop spying all posts about tactics and other important things will be in hindi in english medium as i think all other managers except our 2 mates know hindi and for that 2 it will be mailed in english. What do you think guys ? I think it will be effective to stop spying.

Well now that we know what language it is, other "spy" could just use the translator and steal the information...

According to my knowledge hindi in english alphabets cannot be translated ;)

i think that it is better that we have the discussions in the language that everyone is comfortable against and that is english.
here are my plans-
first of all the major discussions will be taking place in form of bb-mails.we can keep the database of player in the excel spreadsheets.
secondly i think that all of us are available on fb so we can create a page which would be just visible to its members and we can post important details here.
thirdly we can even talk through e mail ids and yahoo messenger...
i think that we can save our information from leaking to quite an extent by adopting these methods
