Edit: Forgot to tell you all that there's also a very helpful index of posts in English. You can find pretty good tips about the game in some of those topics.
(22302.1). I specially advise the topic in the first section, so you can get a better picture of the game in general and players in particular.
(3944.3). The second section is a compilation of more specific discussion about some particular situations in the game. Training for example (a very important matter in the game).
(78242.1). And the third, are tools that try to help you managing your team. About the tools (mostly BuzzerBeater Scout)... take the results as an advise but nothing more than that, because
nobody (except the developers) knows the exact formulas of the BuzzerBeater game engine. The good thing is that BuzzerBeater Scout, allows you to personalize your formulas, that way you can take them more seriously (don't forget to adapt the formulas to the tactics you're using).
