Here we are guys.. the Africa Championship Tournament is going to start!
Firstly, I've seen in the other thread that someone has great expectations about our competition.. I'm honored by the fact but honestly it's extremely impossible for us getting a medal :)
Anyway, let's start with the stronger squad! We are going to play against Misr, tough squad, most likely the pretender for the final win. I'm curious about the match and the ratings. As for us, only in 2-3 matches we might get an idea about our kind of campionship.

yeah..great win.. honestly really unexpected. And could seem even more strange taking into consideration that we've lost our SF for injury after only 3 minutes. Fortunatly Kary Sane, who took his place, has played a wonderful match scoring 26 points. Anyway, it is for sure the best way to celebrate my first match as Ghana NT coach, isnt' it? :)

P.S. enjoy this win because I don't know how many other wins we will able to collect :P

Congrats Matt...great win :-)

ps: Sane is a very good SF...when he was 20 he became retired, and i said to Pericle, one of best SF italian trainer (you know him ;-) ), to take care of him :D

hey mates, second match of Africa Championship and it seems we will have another tough game against Nigeria. Judging from the roster it appears another mission impossible :)
Honestly even a defeat with a gap of few points doesn't sound so bad, especially considering the competition on the whole.. anyway, stay tune.. go Ghana! ;)

great, 2 matches and 2 wins.. I wouldn't have never imagined a beginning like this. We have beaten two of the strongest teams of Africa, that's sure. In this second match we have to admit we have been also lucky, maybe we didn't deserve to win :P
