What team were you a long time ago? It had been a couple years for me as well.. I had the same team name.. I originally made it to div 2 but got my butt kicked up there.. I'm just trying to get my stadium together to be able to afford a roster full of 25-50k a week players.
It is hard to pinpoint exactly the difference... Cross training seems new.. I think they improved some offenses and defenses and nerfed others. You can now train almost any one person any skill at a big penalty that makes it more realistic. Ummm.. the overextension tax for sure is newer as well a more accurate rating type number you can see in the attributes page.
That's all I can think of off the bat..
