I think game rating has alot to do in the votes.
I never had even in top 10 playing reverse tactics. This season 3rd seed, have league scorer 39points per game 55% true shooting percentage. And i can bet he will not even make into top 10, as always. It might be stats+ranking what determines votes. I can make up no other reason why scorers do not make the list, only that playing out of position rating gets worse. Last season league scoring leader didnt made to the list, and so will be this one.
Same happens with the all star votings. It might be the same formula for both.
