good to be back in D.II! Lots of familiar faces here: Unedible Nut and I have split 4 league matches, and Chicken Hawks and I have played 8 hard-fought league matches total. But New York Jests and I have racked up 11 league competitions with a bunch of friendly matches tossed in, so we're frenemies of the highest order.
I looked back at my time in D.II and see why I forced regulation so I could properly rebuild: Most years I bounced between 10 and 12 wins with a peak record of 14-8, but one year 3 of us in the conference went 12-10 and 2 of us didn't make the playoffs. I tanked as much as my heart could take, went 9-13, and threw the regulation match. After consecutive championships in D.III and D.IV I think I belong here but as always it's gonna be a fight. I love racking up 18-20 win seasons in the lower levels, but it'll be nice to compete with y'all!
