Number 4 is probably my best trainee, but let me know what you guys think! Potential builds, training plans, etc are all highly appreciated.

I'd think 5) is your best prospect, probably. The potential pretty much warrant that he will be a better end product that 4) and he's got a more appropriate height to hone his inside skills. That said, I would train 1v1 for one season and then assess the situation again. When 1v1 is done (which may take longer than 1 season subject to your plan) decide between 2) and 3) depending on where they are.

Keep in mind that taller players will train inside skills a faster and you will want good inside skills on these guys to make the potential work.

The way you should approach this is to take Coach Parrot or the Train Simulator and make a plan for 5) or 4) to make him a SF or a SG with good inside skills and the apply the same plan to the other 4. Discard the two who will be worse (I think 1) is almost a given because he has only 2 IS).

4) may definitely become your starting SG or PG in D2 and a serviceable guard in D1, 5) will be your SF and 2) or 3) the other guard (2 has a better chance).

Yeah I think #5 can be a combo forward. #4 could be a wing. I aimed for guys that had good starting inside skills so that they’ll be balanced players. After this batch I’ll probably train bigs

personally I don't think training pot-7 players are worthwhile - they won't be worth a lot after two seasons if you want to sell them and you won't have enough training positions to keep training them to make them valuable for your own use.

-- while training 1 on 1 is almost always a good start for young trainees, ONLY training 1 on 1 brings preciously little in terms of on court effectiveness and you need to think about what to do with them once you switch to single position

not with 1on1 training only - OP have enough higher potential trainees meaning his pot 7 players will not receive necessary training to make them valueable in market.

On court impact wise I agree, but market value wise, higher potential trainees could have significant worth after two season's of training 1on1 - but good luck on trying to sell pot 7 players with 2 season 1on1 training. It's just not economical.

back to my original point: OP has 2 pot 7 trainees, if he is intending to train them one on one, it's largely a waste of time and resources: they will not be worth much on market in two seasons and he won't be able to use them with much positive result on court.

He just needs to stop 1v1 in time. MacPorridge went from 61 to 132 or 133 nominal TSP as a 8 Pot.

He was capped while my other 2 guys were MVPs so no problem there: if I'd stopped 1v1 sooner I might have avoided capping him.
