Hey, I have two decent PFs and I was wondering whether I should train Inside Shooting/Def for C/PFs or just for PFs even if they have 90% in training section. What excatly does it mean and does it have a huge impact on training?

So if I choose training only C then it will count players who played on C position even if they are PFs or only players who are C when i check player profile?

It doesn't matter if the player is listed as PG or C. If you choose 1 position training for centers the players who played as centers during the week will get the training (proportionally to the minutes played as center).

Just 2 reminders: 1) training is updated every friday, so what counts is the training regimen set when training is updated on friday; 2) players should get 48+ minutes in the position trained in order to receive maximum training.

Using Bernspin tips, I would add the #3: the training reachs 100% of efficacy at 48+ minutes. If you play more minutes than that the player will not receive any training bonus.
