Hello guys,

So recently i bought a guy that has atrocious (1) stamina.. He played 34 minutes during the game. That is kinda good. The qustion is how stamina impact quality of his play?? I have some more guys in im roster that have low stamina (3-4).. However, these levels of stamina help me to rotate my players, as i dont want them to play 40 min per game or more..
Does these low levels of stamina have impact only on minutes ? And how strong stamina impact the game??
How much 1 training of stamina would give pops to single player? Because now I don't know should i give this week a training of stamina, or just keep my regular training regime for my draftees.. 34 minutes are ok, but I'm not sure about quality of the play with that low stamina.. Any ideas?

Stamina does play a key role in performance as well as minutes. I'm not sure if anyone knows the exact mechanics of it. Things like at what point in the game a player starts feeling the effects and stops playing up to his capability. I know that when I am training players that all of my players drop in Stamina because I only worry about training minutes. I try to train my youngsters to a capable playing level and then train Stamina for half a season or so. You will notice that you get more quality play, deeper in games, with higher stamina. This also rings true for the transfer list. If you have a guy that should sell for say... A million.. And he has a 1 or 2 in Stamina, you may get 800 or 850k for him. But on the other hand, if he has 8-9 in Stamina, you may get 1.2 Mil for him. It is a talent that people hate to train, but it has plenty of benefits. Exactly what the benefits are, I am not sure anyone but the game makers know. Anyway, sorry about my long rant!

I wouldn't bid higher for a player who has 8-9 stamina. They play 40-45 minutes, and their minutes (game shapes) are hard to control. I wouldn't want to play him in the starting lineup in one game, and on bench in the other one.

When I gave stamina training this season 5 out of 11 players popped in stamina. I would say 0,5 stamina per training.

Maybe it is (like 0,6 0,7), and my guys were low in sub-level :)

I've gotten a pop a week on some players but the most it has taken to get a pop would be two weeks.

I think this is absolutely wrong. I can only speak from my own experience, but this doesn't happen for me. I've found no more difficulty keeping high stamina players in good game shape than I have their weak lunged team mates.

But I never train GS, maybe that is the case? Or if you have good bench, they won't play 40-45 minutes, even if their stamina is high? I don't think it is absolutely wrong, since I have experienced it :)

I can't argue with that of course.

I don't train game shape, but perhaps because none of my backups have low stamina that helps my starters play fewer minutes.
