how do you follow different teams? I just got my center appointed to the under 21 national team and I would like to see there roster and follow them thanks for the help!

One thing to keep in mind is that the U21 coach was probably just scouting your player for next season. If you add a player to u21 you can see their skills. Doesn't necessarily mean your guy is on the team, but you should still contact the U21 coach.
