As I promote some advice.
Read the BB guide and learn how to manage Game Shape and enthusiasm. Take It Easy is your friend. Look to get your guys between 48-70 minutes a week. Build your arena before trying to promote. Don't buy guys you can't afford. Take advantage of DV and train an 18 year old for the future. Potential doesn't mean anything unless you are training the guy.
Join the USA offsite. Vets of the game can help you out and maybe one day you will train the next USA National Team beast.
