I was looking at a few team rosters online and got curious. So, random question:

Do you have a method for choosing the jersey numbers you assign players? (if you have supporter)

I have generally used lower numbers for guards and higher for bigs, with scrubs counting down from 99.

I usually just put numbers, of an NBA player that is either similar position or maybe if he reminds me of him from the way he plays.
I currently dont have many numbers now, because Im tanking and dont care about anyone :D

PG 11 13 15
SG 21
SF 31 33
PF 41 43
C 51 53

for starter, backup, reserve
scrubs don't get numbers, they are just lucky to even get a uniform and not a cheap high school mesh pinny

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

"Starting" 5 as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. (By position; PG = 1, etc.)

Primary backup = 5 + position (so backup PG = 6, etc.)

Future guys get 10 + position.

Everyone else gets 0s or 90s.

I pick them randomly, and I use the normal practice of only using digits between 0 and 5.
