Unfortunately you're starting at the very end of the season, so all your players will be a year older in a week, but Thurman Cheek is anawesome player to start with. 18yo MVP, he should get 48+ minutes at center every week and you should set your training for single-position at Center to make him the best player he can possibly be. Maybe you already have read this on the forums. If you do that, your team will be probably better than a lot of other D.V teams in this game.
Best of luck and hope you stay with this game, it's a lot of fun! It doesn't have to be a huge time commitment for you to succeed either.
