The Harlan Hillbillies won the championship and will be promoting to Div. 4, but congratulations needs to go out to Playass for a tremendous season. Playass came out of nowhere to beat two higher seeds in the playoffs before taking Harlan to a third game in the championship series. Very, very good season for Playass. Congrats.
