so here is my opinion about who we should keep and who needs to lift their game

SASTROOPERS 2nd best player in league, great team, great guy, essential
Da Fat Boy Slim one nasty dirty trick but besides that best forum guy, great team, essential
jw all-stars core xbb guy, been up and down but really important
The Pwnage good contributions on and off the court
TeamAkuma an original xbb but contributing little, used to be a lot more active what is up?
Maggots ok on the court but silent off, maybe he would prefer the tea cup?
Eggplantpopolopolous done nothing on or off the court is he even interested in this pl?

Cowboys From Hell most improved team this season, been great on our federation, less on the forum and away in thailand so quiet the last few weeks, essential
Melbourne Goldfish me, essential
Chelsea Seagulls captain, does league tables and now mvp again, essential
Viral Infections the best forum guy ever, tanking is bad i hope he never does it again, get exams now so a bit quiet, original and real 4/7, essential
Possum Chasers crap on court after improving a lot last season, great in our fed but a bit quiet here, original member and true 4/7 dude, essential
Western Titans best recruit, great on the court, great in our federation, could talk more here, important
Kynlala Knights most knowledgable guy in the pl? best player? started tanking which killed his love for the game, hopefully competing will get it back, important
City Celtics disapointing, never talks, never communicates, why wont you talk to us? maybe he would prefer the tea cup too?

xbb claims it never boots peeps out, but 4/7 do:)

we also have a ton of teams that would like to join this pl

i know of at least 2 in the tea cup that would like to jump over as well as ezyfrag

dont know about zyler and hobos

there is also our dearly departed ezlife and xerxes who just wanted to step out for one season

then there are a bunch of teams like home axis, beasts red etc who said they were interested in the past

i guess the first thing is to ask the current peeps two questions

1) are you back for season 3
2) would you like to see two divisions (with promotion as places in d1 become available but no compulsory demotion)

so ill be the first to answer

yes to season 3 for me
yes to a div2 with promotion but no forced demotion

I'm fine to hang around if still wanted, but i did say that i would step aside for one of the guys who stepped out, happy to go to division two as well.

I'm probably going to be booted from TEA cup so I think I might be in.

yeh im happy with i guess 90% of how this league is going, there are still some minor issues, but nothing too bad to keep me out of this BB Aust. Private League.

Yes, i've been up & down, both performance and forum activity. Got busy and contributed less on forums and poor court performances.

I really am liking the teams we currently have, enthusiasm goes a long way when you're a div III team against a potentially stronger div II team, keeps the balance in our league.

I'd like to come back for season 3.
If there are enough teams for 2 divisions then that would be interesting, but I think it makes things really complicated.

forum is very important, its what keep this private league alive. Even with tough teams, no trash talk is boring imo.
so on XBB side, I think we'll need to drop eggplant because he's not even playing. We recruited Pablo thinking he could contribute to the forum but after a couple of essays, he disappeared....

I agree that Pablo, Maggot and Eggplant should be replaced with more active forum contributors. While they are good teams on the court, they don't seem to post very often, if at all, in the forums.
