Their is a team in my league (30080) that is selling all of its players and creating walkoffs. I find this frustrating and unfair, because my players will not get full training. The team already has two walkoffs in a row, and I am playing the team next week. I reported the team, but I'm not sure it will work, because I haven't read anything about selling all of your players to be considered cheating. Any suggestions?

It isn't cheating and there is nothing you can do about it. It is unfortunate to see teams doing this, however, the best you can do is know that they are doing this and prepare. It is an easy way to regulate minutes for gameshape.

As for training, while it is true that you can not give any single player 48 minutes in 1 position, if you are training 2 positions you can set the trainee to be the starter in 1 position and the backup and reserve in the other position and I believe this will give you 48 minutes (or very close to).

If you do not want to take the risk, set your player to be the starter in both positions and he will receive more than 48 minutes.

If you play a player at all 3 slots you get 43 minutes I believe, not 46 minutes.

As for my suggestion of starting a player at 2 positions, I'm almost certain that it works.
Can you show me the post that says it doesn't work?

Or if someone else can confirm whether my suggestion would work?

I'm almost sure it doesn't work- think of it this way- your coach isn't going to let your player play double starters in a regular game, and he won't know it's a walk-off until he's out there and his players go out on the court; it you can, I'd like you to explain how to set double starters. Point being- you can't, last I checked, if you set your starting center to also start at power forward, it blanks the center slot, and the same with when you change from power forward to center. Please teach me how to set a guy to start double, if its possible.

I guess you never actually tried it or else you would know why it wouldn't work. It isn't physically possible to do that.

Sorry I'll rephrase. I didn't mean starting, I meant Starter in 1 position. Backup and Reserve in the second position.

That should give you 48 minutes.

You receive 36 minutes for setting starter.
10 minutes for backup.
2 minutes for reserve.

So you will get 48 minutes in total.
However if all the spots in any given position is used by 1 person then the minutes are lowered to 43 minutes.

Sorry I forgot you can't set starter for both position. But what I mean is you set Player 1 to be the starter for Center.
And then you set Player 1 to be the backup and reserve for Power Forward.

The player should then receive 48 minutes in total.

Yes, but he has the option to take 43 minutes in 1 position for 1 player or 48 minutes in 2 positions for 2 players.

Center:
Starter: P1
Backup: P2
Reserve: P2

Power Forward:
Starter: P2
Backup: P1
Reserve: P1

That should give P1 and P2 48 minutes in those 2 positions. Training something that is already 2 position would be good so you don't lose an oppurtunity to train 1 position. Something like Rebounding or One on One or Jump Shot.

I know it may not be the best solution, but in a walkover it is the best you can do.

So you're saying if I do two position training and I want to train two guards for that game, I can just do:

PG
starter: P1
backup: P2
reserve: P2
SG
starter: P2
backup: P1
reserve: P1

and I will receive full 48 minutes of training for both players in a walkoff? (If so, thanks a lot. That's what I'll do.)

But I don't understand... Why is it any different from:
PG
starter: P1
backup: P1
reserve: P1
SG
starter: P2
backup: P2
reserve: P2

because I know that only gives you 43 minutes of training for the two players in a walkoff.
