Can you please help me. What is the best rotation formula for one position training. Is it possible to get 3 players 48+ minutes/week with the one position training? How to do so?

Yes, if you set the same player as starter, backup, reserve in the same position. Setting 3 different players as i indicated you, in 3 different games you play a week you could get it. Mind about injuries, foul outs, etc. It isn´t 100% sure but you can try it.

Players A, B, C.

Game 1: Starting A, backup B, reserve C
Game 2: Starting C, backup A, reserve B
Game 3: Starting B, backup C, reserve A

Is this the formula?

GAME 2: Starting B, backup A
GAME 3: Starting C, backup C, reserve C

Sorry i didn´t explain myself very well.

Game 1: Starting A, backup A, reserve A
Game 2: Starting B, backup B, reserve B
Game 3: Starting C, backup C, reserve C

If no player is fouled out or injured, they´ll play 48 minutes each one, at the position you train, and they´ll receive full training.

wow, and who is playing with this kind of lineup?
What level of stamina do I need to have for these players to get good performances from them and good results in the matches? I suppose they will be a pretty poor players in the latest stages of the match.

Additionally you can only list a maximum of 9 players in the "Selected Players" at the top of the set lineup page. If there is a 10th player available - even if he's not placed in the depth chart - he'll come in to replace your trainee in blowout situations (20+ leads in the 4th quarter).

Example for PG training

PG: 1 player listed as starter, backup, and reserve
SG: 1 player listed as starter, 2nd player listed as backup/reserve
SF: 1 player listed as starter, 2nd player listed as backup/reserve
PF: 1 player listed as starter, 2nd player listed as backup/reserve
C: 1 player listed as starter, 2nd player listed as backup/reserve

Total of 9 players eligible to play in the game. Strictly follow depth chart, and for fouls choose "Let them play".

This should give you 48 minutes for your trainee so long as they don't get injured or foul out, but can lead to some strange placements if that happens. A C playing at PG as an example.

I wouldn't call it a miracle it happens all the time. Just have 3 players play full games . Yes there is a chance they will foul out but more often then not they don't.

Well I can't count that my players will be gentle in the games. Especially cause 2 of them are quite a foul makers. One had 2,5 PF/game and 6 foul-outs last season and the other had 2,9 PF/game with two foul-outs but also fewer minutes/game.

This will force me to play them conservative with A, B and C lineup, right?

Not sure what u mean by conservative. If u want to do 1 position training with 3 players all you can really do is try and play them the whole game and hope they don't foul out. It's a risk but the alternative is to just get 2 players training which is easier but i don't think improving only 2 players is enough.
