Welome. I wish you'd become active because last season it seems like I was the only active team for the entire season with the exception of maybe one team. Just a fair warning I will win this league this season =)

How long does it take before you see your players getting better. I've seen 1 guy with 1 stat go up. Is that cause I took over late??? OR, Will I see better faster changes next season??? Also I'm not a supporter, at least until I understand this game and can get more competitive. Just seems to take forever. I might get burnt out quick.

Training updates once a week, on Friday, and only those who you get 48 minutes playing time in the week get better. The closer the player is to 18 the quicker he trains, but don't be shocked if it takes 2 weeks for him to get better.
