I think some teams have many players, which are too young for playing in the main games in league or cup. I want to suggest a idea what team can have reserves team, which will be control by the same user, have the same finance and play in the reserves teams league. It would be great thing to train many players. if this system of main team and reserves team become a real, I think that players minimum ages should decrease from 18 to 16.

Is it interesting? who wants that?

I don't really agree. However, maybe lots of other users may want it...

There's no real point to enabling training of a giant mass of players other than to unbalance the whole BB economy.

Can't see this happening.

A CT? Really?

Any three for me
Any four will score

sounds more like they try to simulate US ball, which draft instead of a basketball school. And at least for training, it is pretty unrealisitc and way to fast, i share Juice worries in this case.

I could see this working if they placed roster caps on both the parent and farm clubs.

It might also provide another avenue for teams to make up ground on the top teams and to experience other aspects of the game. If you are a middling top division team you have to try and maintain a certain quality of team just to stay there. This makes it difficult to play draft picks or very young recruits.

Having a farm team provides the chance to develop players and use them, rather than just try to train a guy for enough pops enough to make a profit and spend it on a player you actually want.

Either way is fine with me, but this could potentially add a nice dimension to the game. It may provide the opportunity to add a supporter feature or two as well.
