You are destroying the game. The training is entirely bad, the game's money is gone. It takes 4 years to make a player. This is absurd. This is the time duration of a course in college.

College? Buzzerbeater is much, much more important than college.

I game since the seventh season. You started yesterday. That's another bad feature of this game. There is no support staff. We already had in Brazil over 1000 active teams. Today we have only 266, and most do not participate.
Just because I like the game, I'm posting here my outrage at what administrators are doing. But I know the game a long time. I know what it was like and what they are doing.

No, that is not what I'm saying. I'm saying that we need money to have BB. If some people like you weren't supporting the game, it would be worse. If more were supporting the game, it could be better.

And if there were only supporters and no freeloaders at all, there would also be a worse game. Games like this require a large number of cheap and nasty scroungers to give the lovely supporters someone to play with, and for EGMs to look down on.

Nowhere did I say the opposite.

Nowhere did I say you did.

However, you did bring up the fact that the OP wasn't a supporter, and I don't see the need.
